Beech Cottage and Birch Cottage are centrally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Hartington, which is an ideal base from which to explore the Peak District National Park.  The self catering holiday cottages are approximately 200 yards from the local village shops, Post Office and Inns.

The cottages are 3 storey adjacent stone cottages. Excellently situated for couples and families to occupy one cottage, but also ideal for larger groups who can book both cottages.  Sorry no hen/stag/house parties. Sorry no pets and non smoking establishments.

Both cottages have 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people in each cottage.  Please see sleeping arrangements on the individual cottage pages.  Each cottage has a lawned garden, at the front, with garden furniture and BBQ.  A private off road car parking space is available for one car at each property, with ample additional car parking available on the quiet adjacent road. Secure cycle storage is also available in a locked shed.

The interior of each cottage comprises of Lounge, Kitchen/Diner, Bathroom and three bedrooms.

The cottages are personally supervised by ourselves, and we are close at hand should you need any help or assistance or advice on activities and places to visit in the area.  As “locals”, having lived in Hartington all our lives, we have a wealth of local information.  We take pride in our cottages, and our high standard of housekeeping reflects this.
